1. Terms of Service

Title: The Syndicate Private – Terms of Engagement

I. Scope of Service: The Syndicate provides bespoke consultancy and intervention. By securing a seevice, the Client acknowledges that they are paying for the expertise, material preparation, and execution of the protocol, not a guaranteed physical outcome.
II. Discretion & Non-Disclosure: All interventions are strictly confidential. The Syndicate will never disclose client identities. Conversely, any public disclosure of the working by the Client may result in immediate cessation of the protocol without refund.
III. Eligibility: Services are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. The Syndicate reserves the right to refuse any case at our sole discretion.
IV. Nature of Work: Our protocols are rooted in traditional practices. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

2: Refund & Cancellation Policy

I. Non-Refundable Retainers: Due to the intensive material preparation and the energetic nature of our work, all retainers are strictly non-refundable
II. Service Commitment: Once a protocol is active, the resources and practitioner time are fully allocated. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or perceived lack of immediate results.
III. Termination: If the Syndicate chooses to terminate a case due to a client’s breach of protocol (e.g., harassment of staff or breach of silence), no refund will be issued.

3: Digital Delivery of Proof

I. No Physical Goods: The Syndicate does not ship physical products. All deliverables are digital.
II. Proof of Engagement: Visual documentation (video or photographic proof) of the work will be delivered via secure, encrypted email or file link within 5–7 business days of the protocol initiation.
III. Delivery Address: Ensure your provided email is secure. The Syndicate is not responsible for misdirected digital files due to incorrect client information.

4:: Data Sovereignty & Protection

I. Data Collection: We collect only the data necessary for the execution of the protocol (Names, photos, case history).
II. Zero-Trace Policy: Following the completion of the protocol and the delivery of proof, all client-submitted photographic and personal data are permanently purged from our secure servers.
III. Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any marketing entities. Your information is strictly for the use of the assigned practitioner.
